From a state-owned plantation to a rising Vietnamese coffee brand on the global stage
On the red basalt land of Cư M’gar known as Vietnam’s Robusta capital the journey of Ea Pok Coffee began with a mission to cultivate and preserve the soul of Vietnamese agriculture in the wake of national reunification.

1936

In 1936, the first coffee trees were planted in Cư M’gar on what would later become the Ea Pok plantation.
This marked a historic milestone for Vietnam’s coffee journey, laying the foundation for nearly a century of development in the Central Highlands now the heartland of Vietnamese coffee.

1976

Ea Pok was officially founded in 1976 under the name Ea Pok Coffee Plantation, pursuant to Decision No. 199/QĐ-UB issued by the Dak Lak People’s Committee.

From the very beginning, the plantation gathered farmers united by a dream to rebuild the Central Highlands with coffee: a crop of both economic value and enduring cultural symbolism, representing resilience and perseverance.

1998

After more than two decades of steady operation, the plantation transformed into Ea Pok Coffee Company under Decision No. 3270/QĐ-UB dated December 31, 1998, with a charter capital of 12.9 billion VND.

This was the start of a shift toward modern governance, standardized production, and long-term growth strategies.

2010

In 2010, the company transitioned to a new operating model as Ea Pok Coffee One-Member Limited Liability Company, with increased charter capital of 21.5 billion VND.

This phase focused on refining cultivation practices, upgrading processing systems, and establishing a sustainable development vision laying the groundwork for transformative growth in the decade ahead.

2018

In 2018, Ea Pok officially became a joint-stock company (Ea Pok Coffee JSC), with charter capital rising to 93.885 billion VND.

Soon after, the company was listed on the UPCOM stock exchange (stock code: EPC) on October 5, 2018 marking a major step toward market expansion and enhanced transparency in corporate governance.

Today

Nearly five decades since its founding, Ea Pok has evolved into an authentic coffee ecosystem — where coffee is not only grown and roasted, but lived, felt, and shared.
Ea Pok was never built to follow trends.
It is the continuation of a cultural legacy — retold in the language of the modern world.
